Here at BBT, we believe customer service and support should be at the heart of everything we do. We've therefore dedicated this section of the site to our existing customers.

This area is here to make some of the tricky tasks involved with owning a printer just that bit easier for you.

Note that for any of these requests, you will require your machine serial number located on the service sticker of your machine. If you require any further assistance, please contact us via our contact page.

Printing is such a fast paced environment and having downtime can mean a critical loss of money. BBT recommends having spare toner of each colour to minimise potential downtime and increase profits. Always keep on top of your cartridges by ordering a new one every time the spare is used. This way, you will never run out of ink and never sit around nervously waiting for a new cartridge to arrive.
